About the Founder
Mohammad Sabri Abdulrahman
A pioneer in financial management and investment advisory, Mohammad brings over twenty-five years of hands-on experience across diverse sectors including finance, investment, corporate development, risk management, and restructuring. He graduated from Karnataka University in India and began his professional journey in finance and administration, holding multiple positions that advanced to senior executive roles—enabling him to oversee the financial, operational, and strategic functions of several organizations within Saudi Arabia and abroad. Mohammad possesses extensive expertise in establishing and managing investment funds. He has participated in founding a number of funds licensed by the Capital Market Authority (CMA), contributing to the development of their organizational and administrative structures, legal documentation, and investment strategies—particularly in the industrial, educational, medical, and technological sectors. He has also supervised the execution and management of more than thirty investment rounds through CMA-licensed equity crowdfunding platforms, enabling emerging companies to attract financing and achieve expansion within a regulated investment environment fully compliant with the relevant laws and guidelines—delivering outstanding results in enhancing value and growing capital. His experience extends to developing financial and control systems, managing cash flows, analyzing financial performance, and formulating policies and procedures that strengthen governance and operational efficiency. He is known for his strategic vision and his ability to build institutional teams capable of achieving sustainable growth. Mr. Mohammad currently oversees several CMA-licensed investment funds in partnership with Itqan Capital as the fund manager and Maloon Finance as the technical advisor. He leads the development of investment plans, financial and organizational structures, and the monitoring of implementation and governance processes—ensuring operational efficiency and maximizing returns. Through his leadership, he strives to empower promising companies to reach their growth and expansion stages by designing intelligent investment strategies that blend financial discipline with long-term sustainability. Mr. Mohammad Sabri serves as a Board Member of the Industrial Wealth Fund, a CMA-licensed investment fund, and is also a Co-Founder of Maloon Finance, a consulting firm specializing in business development and financial and investment advisory. Through his leadership, the firm has played a key role in enabling Saudi companies to evolve into structured investment entities capable of sustainable growth and expansion.
